Boosie Badazz has opened up about the ongoing health problems he’s been battling since being involved in a serious car crash earlier this month.

In a video posted to social media on Wednesday (April 16), the 42-year-old rapper revealed that he’s been experiencing persistent chest pains since the accident, leading to multiple trips to the hospital — but with little help.

“I keep going to the hospital, bruh, telling them I got pains in my chest since I had that wreck,” Boosie explained. “I keep going to X-ray, they saying nothing wrong with me. This shit is crazy. I keep telling these people there’s something wrong with me but these people don’t wanna fucking listen to me. This shit really got me pissed off. I don’t know what it is. At this point, I don’t know what to do. I’m finna go look at my heart or something.”

In a separate video, he detailed his condition further, saying: “I barely can breathe, I barely can sleep. I’m fucked up.”

Frustrated with the lack of care, the Baton Rouge native also slammed the state of Atlanta’s healthcare system, posting on X: “ATLANTA GOT THE WORST HOSPITALS N THE USA RATCHET, TRIFLING, ETC.”

The crash occurred last month in Georgia. While Boosie avoided major injuries, the driver of his vehicle was reportedly hospitalized. The exact cause of the accident remains unclear.

While many fans expressed concern for Boosie’s health, Kanye West took the opportunity to fire a shot at the “Wipe Me Down” rapper.

In a since-deleted post on X, Ye reacted to the news of Boosie’s crash by suggesting it was karma for opposing him, writing: “Man can everyone let this be a lesson. Don’t have the handlers make you go against God’s favorite. For my entire life, every stupid ass bum n-gga I never barely even heard of that come out the wood works coming at me — something bad always happen to them.”

The tension between Boosie and Kanye dates back years, largely stemming from Ye’s controversial political statements.
In 2022, Boosie publicly blasted Kanye for wearing a “White Lives Matter” shirt alongside conservative commentator Candace Owens, and later criticized him for making disparaging remarks about civil rights icon Rosa Parks.
