Wiz Khalifa has joined the ranks of celebrities expressing belief in the widely debunked flat Earth theory.

During a recent appearance on The Joe Budden Podcast, the “Black & Yellow” rapper was asked by co-host Melyssa Ford whether he believed the Earth was round. Wiz replied, “I would say no,” adding, “I just believe that we live on a flat plane, like a huge flat plane.”

Khalifa attributed his views to his experience as a touring artist. “It’s only because I’ve traveled so much,” he explained. “When I travel, the routes that we take and how we do it — it’s not possible to go up and down. You’re just going straight. That’s the only reason I think that.”

He also voiced skepticism about space exploration, saying, “I don’t believe in space exploration at all. I don’t believe that they explore space as much as they say that they do.”

Despite his views, Wiz’s recently released album Kush + Orange Juice 2 features cover art that depicts a spherical planet, seemingly contradicting his beliefs.

Wiz now finds himself in similar company with figures like Kyrie Irving, Fivio Foreign, and B.O.B., the latter of whom has long been vocal about his flat Earth beliefs. In 2016, B.O.B. attempted to fund a satellite launch to prove the Earth was flat, though the crowdfunding effort fell short. He later addressed the backlash in a track titled “Ted Talk,” defending his stance and criticizing media figures who ridiculed him.
